Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed onto the original mode of payment within a timeframe of 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Return and Refund Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided that the delivery packaging remains unopened or the products are damaged or incorrect. Please notify us and return the products in their original packaging. In such cases, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Returned products must be in their original sealed condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returned shipments if the products have been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the initial purchase. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We deliver our products to all countries, with a primary focus on the UAE. Shipping is carried out by a third-party courier.

• Delivery within UAE cities: 1 – 2 working days.
• Delivery to other countries: 4 to 10 working days.

A flat rate delivery fee of AED 10 is applicable for UAE deliveries, while delivery fees outside the UAE will be specified on the checkout page, depending on the destination country and location. To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your complete address and contact details.
